Elisa is a light and refreshing beer, with a hint of ripe fruit and a slight bitterness.

During the production process of our Elisa, techniques are implemented to reduce the amount of gluten present, bringing it, as per regulations, to an incidence of less than 20 ppm.

This process (called "deglycation") ensures that the taste and organoleptic characteristics of our gluten-free beer are not altered, which is why Elisa is just as good as any other beer and is an excellent choice for those who cannot consume gluten and do not want to give up the pleasure of a good craft beer.
